Easter 2013

What an event this easter season has been! After a fun preschool egg hunt, Georgie understood eggs should have things in them, so everyday she would open EVERY egg she could get her hands on.
For family night we dyed easter eggs different colors, the girls thought this was magical.
The baskets were filled with this years swim stuff and new towels monogrammed by mom and new books picked out by papa.
Before we looked at baskets we snuggled in mama & papas bed and talked about the gifts our Savior gave us that we should remember this time of year. The gifts if, the sacrament, the Holy Ghost, the atonement, and resurrection. It was a snuggly sweet lesson before chaos!
Later that afternoon, after a wonderful time at church, our good friends from Houston came down and the kids did an easter egg hunt.
We had a grand time! Georgie is now sad that the eggs, yet again, are empty, but we'll always have next year!
